If your report hasn’t arrived, looks wrong, or you have a question about something in it, email from the address you paid with and include your chess.com username. That’s how we find your order.

Refunds

If your report doesn’t arrive, we can’t analyze your account, or the report is wrong, you get your money back in full. Email from the address you paid with and tell us what went wrong. Details are in the refund policy.

Your data

To have your email, username and report deleted, email from the address you paid with. To have a chess.com username blocked from Goat Cards, email and name the username. What we store and why is in the privacy policy.
